Under Vekaletname authorization, Turak Law appears before: the Tax Administration (Vergi Dairesi) for Tax ID registration; the bank for account opening; the Land Registry Office (Tapu Müdürlüğü) for real estate transfer; and the Provincial Migration Management Directorate for İkamet and citizenship filing.
