Turak Law Office was founded in İstanbul in 2019 by Attorney Abdulsamed Burak Turak, of the İstanbul Bar Association. It serves its clients in Turkish citizenship by investment, real estate, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, tax, immigration, family and maritime law.
The firm's Article 12 practice has run since 2019, at the height of the program following the 2018 reduction in the investment-threshold framework under the Implementation Regulation that expanded international program participation. CBI proceedings are the primary, not supplementary, practice area.
Case files are managed by Attorney Abdulsamed Burak Turak personally. Power of Attorney proceedings, NVİ submissions, and BDDK/TKGM conformity coordination are conducted by the responsible attorney of record — not by administrative staff.

Attorney Abdulsamed Burak Turak is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association (İstanbul Barosu). Attorney status is publicly verifiable via the baro levha registry. The turak.av.tr domain is issued exclusively to licensed Turkish attorneys by the Turkish Bar Association (TBB).
