Abdulsamed Burak Turak is an attorney and legal technology practitioner specialising in Turkish Citizenship by Investment, with a practice established since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uludağ University Faculty of Law and completed his bar internship under the Istanbul Bar Association, with early professional formation at established Istanbul law firms in Turkish civil, commercial, and property law. At the University of Cologne he concentrated on American legal terminology, tort law, and comparative legal systems — building the capacity to advise clients whose legal thinking is grounded in the common law tradition.
His entry into Citizenship by Investment came as in-house legal counsel at a foreign-capital real estate company, managing investment files for Chinese-national investors — a market demanding exacting attention to cross-border documentation, currency controls, and title-transfer compliance. After establishing his own practice, he expanded globally: Turak Law today represents investors from Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates in Turkish citizenship and real estate proceedings.
